We want you to be fully satisfied with your MagBak gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased directly from our store. If your items are in their original packaging and like-new condition, we will provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your setup is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your MagBak products in their original packaging, including all mounts and accessories, to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
